So a last minute booking for me for Megan and Ricks Wedding reception held in a downtown Vancouver restaurant (Megan and Rick had their big day in Hawaii).

So yesterday was a busy day for weddings in Tofino apparently, due to the special date. Lois and David took advantage of this 1 in 4 year date to elope in Tofino and say their wedding vows on the beach by the Lodge. The weather wasn’t that kind to us, but it didn’t stop the happy couple getting a bit wet.

Lois & Dave – Congratulations!!! What a gorgeous couple you make. Your photos are amazing – I have always loved that beach & lodge and what a great location for an elopement! Lois – you could be a fashion model – the photo of you in the lodge with your gown and flip flops is priceless – you’re so beautiful!! You both look so classy.

So a lovely but chilly February Saturday and a short afternoon wedding for Sharie & Colin with their ceremony held at Port Alberni wedding venue Glennwood Sports Centre.

Phew, actually had almost 850 votes when they were all added up. Some very strategic voting going on, being careful not to break my 10 votes/IP address rule
Still had to drop a few votes though, but it wouldn’t have made any difference.
This contest came down to 2 images…..#2 : Danielle & Chris, and #9 : Leah and Ben.
And it was close in the end.
This winner had 272 allowable votes., and the runner up had 210 allowable votes.

…….# 9 ! Leah and Ben, with their moonlight smooch in front of St Ann’s Academy in Victoria.
