It’s that time of the year…a quick review from 2009. I’ve scoured through my weddings from last year and picked out my 10 personal favorite images.
This was no easy task! I shot 54 weddings last year, and delivered around 30,000 images to my clients. So to pick out just 10 images was a bit of a nightmare actually. This is just my personal pick. Apologies if your photo isn’t included, every wedding had images I wanted to include.

1.Andrea & TK, 2nd July. Having a smooch by Ucluelet Lighthouse.
2. Kristina & Rob, 8th August….wishing that was their car
3. Melissa & Brandon, 22nd August. Melissa with her sassy ladies…
4. Erin & Ben, 7th August…Victoria….back a bit!
5. Debbie & Jason, New Years Eve, Mt Washington. I just love everyones expression’s as this girl just dropped into the splits during a ‘extreme dancing’ contest at the reception.
6. Jenny & Sean, 3rd of Sept, having their 1st dance on Chesterman Beach, Tofino.
7.Colleen & Sean, 21st August, trying not to get blown off the rocks in Victoria.
8. Kelice & Michael, 19th Dec, Nanoose Bay. I usually end up doing a ‘Jump’ shot at most weddings. This one turned out quite well technically I think, everyone is jumping, and suitable goofy expressions
9. Amber & Ryan. 19th Sept. I think Amber was just relieved she was finally married.
10. Robin & Neil, 3rd October. Now and again it’s nice to just stop worrying about the next great ‘supermodel’ pose, and capture the couple naturally relaxed. I really like this quick ‘snap’ I took.

I really liked picture #1 because of the romantic back groud color with the couple like sneaking a kiss.
Hi Chris, they all look great (good job) however, I am voting for number 6. That picture is so simple and extremely captivating. Noticed the colours of the beach and the outfit of the bride and the groom. It is fantastic!
